RESTART THE CO CHIEN BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
This afternoon (2nd August 2013), the Ministry of Transport started a project to build Co Chien bridge on National Highway 60, connecting Tra Vinh and Ben Tre provinces. According to the approved design, Co Chien Bridge has a length of 1,599km, including 4 lanes, is permanently designed with reinforced concrete and prestressed reinforced concrete, main span structure with balanced cantilever; lead span structure consists of 24 spans.
