COURSE OF CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS SKILL
The 2-day course aims to provide students with basic knowledge of contracts in business activities, clarifying the concept of terms commonly used in contracts such as: Penalties, compensation, contract cancellation, unilateral termination of contract...; Understand the necessary layout of a contract to ensure the legality and limit risks…; Equip with the knowledge and art to always take initiative in contract negotiations, in order to lead them to the most favorable agreements for our business. Besides, the lecturers shared about real situations related to lesson, as well as answers related to real situations in Vinh Hung.
Like previous training sessions, the class atmosphere became lively when students were divided into practice groups, discussed about the knowledge they had learned and exercises given by the lecturers.
After 2 days of training, with the efforts of both lecturers and students, the course has met the set goal which is equipping and improving contract knowledge and contract negotiation skills for Vinh Hung staff. Hopefully each student of this course will make the course’s success spread and be maintained by practical work in the future!
