PRODUCT INTRODUCTION WORKSHOP FOR BRIDGE BEARING, EXPANSION JOINTS AND SURFACE TREATMENT TECHNOLOGY

Participating in the workshop were department managers, subsidiaries, lead engineers, bridge designers, and staff at the above units.

At the workshop, a representative of KAWKIN Vietnam Company presented illustrative documentary videos, introduce the technology of manufacturing bridge bearings and expansion joints and surface treatment technology for bridge bearings and expansion joints which apply to transportation works - this can be considered as a solution to ensure good quality for key traffic works in Vietnam.

The workshop was an opportunity for all delegates to ask questions, discuss, exchange experiences on technical issues, information of bridge bearings and expansion joints. A representative of KAWKIN Vietnam also sent a respectful invitation to all delegates to visit KAWKIN Vietnam factory in Hung Yen to know more about technology as well as discuss new specifications of the aforementioned products.

At the end of the workshop, Mr. Tran Duc Tien - Chairman of Vinh Hung Company - Commercial supplier representative of KAWKIN Vietnam thanked the BOD of Transport Design and Consulting Corporation for organizing Workshop, so that manufacturers and suppliers can introduce in detail new and progressive product specifications, which is the basis for products that can be put into transportation works in the near future.
