5S AND KPI TRAINING
5S, KPI are concepts that not new at all to most of key staff of Vinh Hung, but systematic understanding of such knowledge is not grasped by everyone. For some employees who know and hear about 5S and KPI for the first time, there will certainly be a comparison and self-evaluation of their work when looking at 5S as well as will have a clearer understanding about the meaning of KPI, its relationship to Vinh Hung's development.
The training session was especially heated when it entered the discussion program on KPIs development for 2015. This is a great concern of Board of Directors when the ambitious goals of 2015 are set in the large fluctuations of the supply-demand market, changes in foreign policy or the hot development problem of Vinh Hung's interior... With his own experience and enthusiasm, ECO experts pointed out to Vinh Hung's Board of Directors and employees to look back at the bright and dark spots in internal operations so that it is imperative to make timely improvements to achieve the overall development goals of the Company.
Immediately after training course, the Board of Directors made a decision to establish 5S Committee, Mr. Tran Duc Tien – Chairman is the Head and members of this Committee are all department managers. This is the first expression of BOD's determination to CHANGE, in line with the spirit of 5S - Small change, big success.
