8-YEAR BIRTHDAY OF VINH HUNG

Many Vinh Hung people probably still have not forgotten the story that Mr. Vo Ta Luong - General Director of Vinh Hung once shared about the first days when he was alone, working as both director and treasurer, accountant, forwarder...and the first deal, whose failure is still mentioned to this day.

Like most other private companies in Vietnam, the starting point is spontaneous and inexperienced, what makes Vinh Hung where it is today? Perhaps it is reflected in the name of the Company - Vinh Hung, the desire of the founders is to create a developing but sustainable organization.

 Vinh Hung's leadership has never thought to write down its core values, but every decision in Vinh Hung's organization is directed to one word: SUSTAINABLE. That shows Vinh Hung is willing to say no to even very lucrative deals when they don't know where they will go. Going slowly but surely, knowing myself know people is a term that Vinh Hung always keeps in mind in all their activities.

There are a lot of things that can't be done if you want, just hope to have, after 8 years of development with two branches, one representative office; Starting from only commercial activities, now it has begun to encroach into both construction and production; From the first 4 founders, there are now 70 employees. Although it can be considered a success, what Vinh Hung is always concerned about is that due to the development of the Company, the growth in both revenue and personnel is pushing Vinh Hung to the edge of overload. The scariest thing is not a fear of not growing, but the fear of growing too fast – when we can no longer control it.

The road ahead is still very long, every year Vinh Hung has the opportunity to look back on a past journey to summarize, learn from experience and make plans for the future to continue his career. Hopefully, Vinh Hung shared house will bring happiness to many people.
