The grade-separated interchange connecting Road No. 2 in the South Tuy Hoa Urban Area with Nguyen Van Linh Road (Phu Yen Province) commenced construction in June 2019, with a total investment of over VND 556 billion funded by the provincial budget. The project comprises a railway overpass whose starting point connects to Road No. 2 in the South Tuy Hoa Urban Area and whose endpoint connects to Nguyen Van Linh Road, along with two connecting ramps linking to Nguyen Tat Thanh Road. The interchange features an Extradosed cable-stayed bridge structure, with tower pylons designed to resemble the iconic Mui Dien Lighthouse.

At this project, Vinh Hung served as the contractor responsible for supplying materials and equipment and carrying out the finishing works for the bridge tower at Pier T5 of the main bridge.
