Nguyen Thai Hoc Bridge Project
The Nguyen Thai Hoc Bridge Project in Long Xuyen City commenced construction in May 2019 and was inaugurated in 2021. The project consists of a four-span main bridge measuring 120 m in length and 16 m in width for automobiles, motorcycles, and bicycles, together with an adjacent pedestrian bridge measuring 126 m in length and 5.7 – 9.5 m in width. The pedestrian bridge features a steel superstructure supported by a load-bearing stay-cable system. With its distinctive design and central location in Long Xuyen City, the pedestrian bridge has become a popular landmark, often referred to as a “park on the river.”
At this project, Vinh Hung served as the contractor responsible for supplying materials and carrying out the finishing works for the pedestrian bridge stay-cable system.
