The Dao River Bridge Project has a total investment of VND 1.2 trillion and is being implemented from 2022 to 2025, with the Nam Dinh City People’s Committee serving as the project owner. The bridge connects Song Hao Road (Tran Quang Khai Ward) and Vu Huu Loi Road (Cua Nam Ward). Designed as a cable-stayed bridge, it comprises 16 spans with a total length of 1.6 km, including an 0.8 km river-crossing section and 0.8 km of approach roads. The bridge has a deck width of 20.5 m.

At this project, Vinh Hung was selected to supply 36 saddle units, 69.87 tonnes of stay cables and accessories, and to carry out the finishing works for Piers P8 and P9.
