The Quy Nhon – Chi Thanh section, part of the Eastern North – South Expressway project for the 2021 – 2025 phase, has a total length of 61.7 km with an investment exceeding VND 14.802 trillion. The expressway contributes to completing the eastern North – South Expressway corridor, strengthening connectivity between the South Central Coast and the Central Highlands, reducing travel time, promoting socio-economic development, and ensuring regional national defense and security.

Within the Quy Nhon – Chi Thanh project, Vinh Hung not only supplied bridge bearings, expansion joints, and prestressing cables – the critical components affecting structural durability, but also directly carried out long-term safety works including slope reinforcement for rockfall protection and surface erosion stabilization at 43 locations. Along steep slopes with complex geological conditions, every installed section of mesh serves as a technical protective barrier safeguarding the expressway against terrain and weather-related risks.
