The Cat Tien – De Gi coastal road project (DT.639), located in Phu Cat District, has a total investment of VND 1.261 trillion and a total route length of 21.5 km. The road platform width is 20.5 m, except for the sections crossing Vinh Hoi Pass with a width of 17.5 m, and Tan Thanh Pass and Chanh Oai Pass with a width of 16.5 m.

Vinh Hung served as the contractor responsible for supplying and directly implementing uphill slope stabilization works at Vinh Hoi Pass, Tan Thanh Pass, and Chanh Oai Pass using high-strength steel mesh systems combined with shear connectors and flexible rockfall barrier solutions.
