The Van Phong – Nha Trang Expressway is 83 km long and commenced construction in December 2022 with a total investment exceeding VND 11.808 trillion. The starting point is located at Km285+000 in Dai Lanh Commune, while the endpoint is at Km368+000 in Dien Tho Commune, connecting with the Nha Trang – Cam Lam Expressway.

The operation of the Van Phong – Nha Trang Expressway plays an important role in reducing traffic volume on National Highway 1 and significantly shortening travel time between localities. In addition, the route creates momentum for socio-economic development in the region, opens opportunities for urban and industrial development along the expressway corridor, and contributes to boosting tourism growth in northern Khanh Hoa Province.

Within this project, Vinh Hung implemented slope stablization solutions using high-strength steel mesh systems combined with shear connectors and polymer-based triaxial geogrids for surface erosion control. Flexible rockfall barrier systems were also installed at locations with high risks of rockfalls and flying rocks to ensure traffic safety for road users traveling through the area.
