Contract Package XL9: Repair of the existing Ben Luc Bridge on National Highway 1, Long An Province
The existing Ben Luc Bridge is located on National Highway 1A in Ben Luc District, Long An Province. The bridge repair project was invested by Project Management Unit 5 under the Directorate for Roads of Vietnam, with a total investment of approximately VND 40 billion.
In Contract Package XL9, Vinh Hung served as the repair construction contractor, contributing to enhancing the infrastructure quality and service life.

- Reinforce approach spans featuring PC concrete girder structures using external PC cable post-tensioning method
- Dismantle and replace the main bridge span with a steel-concrete composite girder span; sandblast and derust old steel bridge girders
- Repair abutments and piers; replace bridge bearings, drainage systems, and road markings
- Replace expansion joints and railings
- Ensure waterway and road traffic safety and control during construction”
