In 2019, the Directorate for Roads of Vietnam approved the contractor selection results for Contract Package XL17: Repair and reinforcement of Giang Bridge, National Highway 14D, Quang Nam Province. This is Component Project 2 – Phase 2 under the investment project for repairing and reinforcing bridges on national highways to ensure uniform operational load capacity along the route.

In this project, Vinh Hung served as the construction contractor executing multiple critical items, including demolishing the old bridge; constructing temporary bridges and temporary roads; building approach roads and residential roads; manufacturing and installing elastomeric bearings; replacing finger expansion joints, while ensuring smooth traffic control throughout the construction process.
