For the project involving Ho Bridge and 5 other bridges on National Highway 38, Vinh Hung served as the main contractor executing repair items for Ho Bridge, Ho Chuong Bridge, Dong Coi Bridge, Do Bridge, Guot Bridge, and Doc Bridge. Following a 240-day execution period, the project was completed on schedule and opened to traffic right on April 30, 2025, celebrating the 50th anniversary of Southern Liberation and National Reunification Day from April 30, 1975 to April 30, 2025.

National Highway 38 runs through 4 provinces including Bac Ninh, Hai Duong, Hung Yen, and Ha Nam with a total length of nearly 90 km. The 6 bridges on National Highway 38, including Ho Bridge at Km12+963, Ho Chuong Bridge at Km14+143, Dong Coi Bridge at Km16+286, Do Bridge at Km22+980, Guot Bridge at Km24+391, and Doc Bridge at Km28+430, suffered severe deterioration after long-term service. This included cracked pavement, wheel ruts, damaged expansion joints, and spalled deck surfaces forming potholes, which hindered traveling and freight transport along National Highway 38 while creating high risks of traffic accidents.

Repairing Ho Bridge along with the 5 other bridges on the route was an urgent requirement to ensure safety for commuting vehicles, maintain smooth traffic flow, extend infrastructure service life, and facilitate local economic development.

In the Ho Bridge repair project, Vinh Hung performed tasks such as derusting and repainting the steel truss structures and bridge railing systems. For the remaining 5 bridges, Vinh Hung executed items including installing Feba expansion joints, repairing approach roads, milling asphalt concrete layers, applying epoxy primer, resurfacing the bridge decks with asphalt concrete, and organizing traffic diversion.
