The project of package XL06, National route 53, Long Toan - Tra Vinh

The project of renovation and upgrading National Route 53 was commenced at the beginning of 2020. This is a key route connecting National Route 1 to the Southeastern provinces and the Mekong Delta provinces. As of September 2020, 5 out of 6 packages have been completed, only package XL06 is under construction and is expected to be completed in May 2021. Package XL06 includes building 2 new bridges, Nhi Trung, Lo Da; repairing 5 bridges (Bang Da, Phuoc Hao, Tra Cuong 1, Tra Cuong 2, O Lak) and traffic safety works on the route.
