Description project

The connection project in Northern mountainous provinces was constructed on the territory of Yen Bai, Lao Cai, Lai Chau provinces, including 2 main routes, with a total investment of 5,339,591 billion VND.

The completed project will shorten the time travelling from Lai Chau city to Hanoi to 4-5 hours compared to 6-7 hours as currently and improve the efficiency of the Hanoi - Lao Cai expressway, thereby reducing the cost of transporting goods and passengers, minimizing traffic congestion and accidents, strengthen connects between provinces and economic regions; hunger eradication and poverty alleviation, promoting economic development in the regions where the project is located, consolidate and strengthen national security for the Northern mountainous provinces.
