Description project

Tam Diep mountain tunnel is 245 m long in design. The tunnel has two pipes, each pipe consists of a singular tunnel with one-way circulation, 14.5 m in width, with three lanes for motor vehicles. The center of the two tunnels is 45 m apart. The main road on both sides of the tunnel has an emergency stop range of 2m wide and 30 m long (excluding the length of the lane change section) arranged intermittently and alternately.

Tunneling through the Tam Diep mountain range will connect to the North-South Expressway in the construction and installation package number 11 of the section through the territory of Ha Trung district (Thanh Hoa).
