Description project

Le Van Luong underpass – Ring Road 3 project is a project belong to group B, invested by the Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board of Hanoi City. The tunnel has a reinforced concrete structure with 475m long, of which the closed tunnel is 95m long, the open tunnel and the barrier leading to the closed tunnel are 380m long (190m on each side). The cross-section is designed with two separate tunnels, each tunnel has 7.75m wide, 2 lanes for traffic in each direction, each lane is 3.5m wide; cut the pavement on both sides to widen Le Van Luong street with about 315m long; cut two sides to widen To Huu Street with about 390m long... The total investment of this project is 698 billion VND from the capital of Hanoi City. Implementation time is about 18 months from the commencement date.
