Description project
The North-South highway project from Mai Sơn - to the 45 National highway No.45 has a total length of 63.37km (the section through Ninh Binh province is 14.41km long; the section through Thanh Hoa province is 48.96km long). The expected investment for this project is about 12.111 billion VND using the state budget capital budget. The project started construction of the first bidding package at the end of September 2020, and is expected to complete the entire work in 2022.
The project is invested in phases, phase 1 invests in building 4 restricted lanes, 17m road bed 17m, design speed 80km/h, complete phase is built according to scale of 6 lanes, road bed 32 .25m, design speed 120km/h.
