Description project

Hiep bridge connecting the two provinces of Hai Duong-Thai Binh, length 542.5m, width 12m, investment of over 292 billion, was officially opened. On 9-1, in Quynh Giao Commune, Quynh Phu District (Thai Binh Province), Thai Binh Provincial People's Committee and Hai Duong People's Committee held a ceremony to connect the bridge connecting the road between Hai Duong - Thai Binh.

Hiep Hiep bridge across the Luoc river, in the area of Hung Long commune (Ninh Giang district) and Quynh Giao (Quynh Phu district), located on provincial road 396B, was started construction in 2008 to replace the Hiep ferry. The project has a total length of 2,817 meters, of which the length of the road is 706 meters in Hai Duong, the length of the road leading to Thai Binh is 1,568 meters and the bridge is 542 meters in length and 12 meters in width. Road 2 of the bridge is of grade III delta road. The total investment of the project is VND 292 billion from the central budget and the two provinces budget.

Hiep and upgrade provincial road 396B is an urgent requirement to connect the road between the two provinces, linking national highway 38B with national highway 10, creating favorable conditions for socio-economic development.
