Description project

Ha Noi - Hai Phong Expressway (coded CT 04) is one of six expressways under construction in the North of Vietnam and type A key project.

This is a 105.5 km length from Hanoi capital through Hung Yen, Hai Duong to the port city of Hai Phong.

This is a national key project, but it is mobilized in the society (borrowing foreign capital), the project recover capital by: Industrial zones, urban areas. When completed and use, the organization to collect fees to repay the capital for about 35 years, then handed over to the State management.

This is the first highway in Vietnam built according to international standards.
