VINHHUNG WINS BIDDING AWARD OF SUPPLYING AND CONSTRUCTING EXPANSION JOINTS AT PACKAGE THANH TRI- HIGHWAY NO.5 INTERSECTION
The investment project adjusting the intersection between Thanh Tri bridge and Highway no.5 uses surplus capital belonging to ODA loan agreement of the Japanese Government for constructing Thanh Tri bridge. The investment for this project aims at resolving frequent traffic congestion occurring at this intersection, contributing to the development of the traffic network in the eastern gateway of Hanoi capital.
The investment project adjusting the intersection between Thanh Tri bridge and Highway no.5 uses surplus capital belonging to ODA loan agreement of the Japanese Government for constructing Thanh Tri bridge. The investment for this project aims at resolving frequent traffic congestion occurring at this intersection, contributing to the development of the traffic network in the eastern gateway of Hanoi capital. The project includes constructing 4 bridge branches with the cross section 7-9m for each, widening the viaduct for highway No.5 linked to the bridge branches, widening the highway no.5 pavement, building a retaining wall system at the up and down positions of branches on Highway no.5 ... Contract value is about 817 billion VND, commenced from October 19th, 2014, the contractual progress is 18 months, expected to be completed on October 31, 2015, shortening the progress of 7 months. The Join-venture constructing this package includes Civil Engineering Construction Corporation No.4 (Cienco4) and Thang Long Construction Corporation.

Vinhhung has been executing construction to ensure the quality, progress, safety and effectiveness of the package as committed so as Thang Long PMU and Join-venture should hand over the Works ahead the schedule contributing to ease traffic congestion at the current intersection and the gateway of Ha Noi city.
