Sun Carnival Plaza project has a total area of ​​nearly 12.6 hectares with a total investment of over 2,300 billion vnd, with various subdivisions: Reception area, water square area, artistic flower garden, parking garage, stand, outdoor arena - this is also the largest parking lot project in Quang Ninh province so far.

Defeating other strong competitors, Vinh Hung has become the supplier and contractor for waterproofing construction for the most of items including the basement, fountain walls, water music area, stands, stone paving areas in the square, walkways, and soil walls… with a total volume up to over 34,000m2.
