Truong Vinh Tunnel is part of Package XL01 under the North – South Expressway East Project, Nghi Son – Dien Chau section, with a total investment exceeding VND 4.7 trillion. The tunnel passes through Mong Ga Mountain, connecting Truong Lam Commune, Tinh Gia District, Thanh Hoa Province, and Quynh Vinh Ward, Hoang Mai Town, Nghe An Province. Construction commenced in July 2021, and the tunnel was opened to traffic in September 2023.

At this project, Vinh Hung served as the contractor responsible for supplying waterproofing materials and carrying out tunnel waterproofing works.
