The Nguyen Van Linh – Nguyen Huu Tho Interchange Underpass Project in District 7 was developed by the Ho Chi Minh City Transport Works Construction Investment Project Management Board with a total investment of VND 830 billion, including approximately VND 538 billion for construction and the remainder allocated to utility relocation and contingency costs.

The project includes the construction of two new underpasses along Nguyen Van Linh Boulevard, each with a total length of 456 m and a cross-section accommodating three traffic lanes. The enclosed tunnel section of each underpass is 98 m long, including a 40 m section crossing beneath Metro Line 4. The project also includes a pumping station, tunnel drainage system, and left-turn slip roads adjacent to the underpasses.

At this project, Vinh Hung supplied materials and directly carried out waterproofing works.
