The Tran Quoc Hoan – Phan Thuc Duyen Underpass (Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City) is one of the key components under Package No. 9 of the project connecting Tran Quoc Hoan Street to Cong Hoa Street through the airport area. The project was developed to reduce traffic congestion and improve traffic flow around the gateway to Tan Son Nhat International Airport.

The project is managed by the Ho Chi Minh City Transportation Construction Investment Project Management Board. Vinh Hung participated as a nominated specialist subcontractor, responsible for carrying out the complete tunnel waterproofing package, with construction commencing in September 2023.

Tunnel waterproofing plays a vital role in protecting the structure against groundwater intrusion, thereby extending service life, preserving structural integrity, and maintaining the aesthetic quality of the facility.
