The Western Tran Thi Ly Bridge Interchange Improvement Project features a three-level grade-separated traffic system, including at-grade roads, an underpass, and an overpass crossing 2/9 Street. The project serves as both a transportation landmark and an urban landscape enhancement in the central area of Da Nang City, west of Tran Thi Ly Bridge.

As one of Da Nang City’s key infrastructure projects, it was developed with a total investment of more than VND 723 billion and completed after nearly 24 months of construction. The project was managed by the Da Nang City Transport Works Construction Investment Project Management Board.

At this project, Vinh Hung supplied materials and directly carried out waterproofing works.
