The Vinh Hao – Phan Thiet component project, located in Binh Thuan Province, has a total length of 101 km.

• The starting point is at Km134+00, near the Vinh Hao interchange in Vinh Hao Commune, Tuy Phong District, Binh Thuan Province, connecting with the endpoint of the Cam Lam – Vinh Hao Expressway project;
• The endpoint is at Km235+00, connecting to National Highway 1 toward My Thanh in Ham Kiem Commune, Ham Thuan Nam District, Binh Thuan Province, linking with the starting point of the Phan Thiet – Dau Giay Expressway project.

Within this project, Vinh Hung implemented slope stablization solutions using high-strength steel mesh systems combined with shear connectors and polymer-based triaxial geogrids for surface erosion control. In addition, flexible rockfall barrier systems were installed at locations with high risks of falling and flying rocks to ensure safety for road users and vehicles traveling through the area.
