Hanoi Ring Road No. 3 is approximately 65 km long and passes through Dong Anh, Bac Tu Liem, Nam Tu Liem, Cau Giay, Thanh Xuan, Thanh Tri, Hoang Mai, Long Bien, and Gia Lam districts. Located at the gateway to Hanoi, the route plays a vital role in connecting the capital with surrounding provinces and is considered one of the city’s most important transportation corridors.
