The year 2025 marks an important milestone in the completion of the Eastern North-South Expressway network. Within this strategic transportation corridor, the Quang Ngai – Hoai Nhon Expressway stands out as a key link, not only in terms of engineering complexity and construction progress but also for its role in strengthening regional connectivity and supporting economic growth.

In this project, Vinh Hung supplies prestressing cable systems, bridge bearings, expansion joints, and noise barriers throughout the entire route, these are critical components that directly affect structural durability, long-term operational safety, and environmental quality along the expressway. Vinh Hung’s contribution is further demonstrated through its role as the installation contractor for the noise barrier systems, ensuring seamless integration between supplied engineering solutions and on-site construction quality.

The noise barriers installed on this project are designed and manufactured in accordance with TCCS 45:2022/TCĐBVN, TCVN 11823:2017, and the U.S. AASHTO LRFD standards, requiring advanced technical capabilities and specialized equipment. The systems meet acoustic performance requirements specified in TCCS 45:2022/TCĐBVN, EN ISO 11654, and KS F4770, achieving Class A sound absorption under EN ISO 11654. The products are manufactured and certified in compliance with internationally recognized standards, including ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems, and ISO 3834-2 Welding Quality Management Systems.
