The Van Ninh – Cam Lo section is a component project of the Eastern North – South Expressway Phase 2021 – 2025. The route is approximately 65.55 km long, passing through the former provinces of Quang Binh (approximately 33.017 km) and Quang Tri (approximately 32.53 km). Its starting point is at Km675+400, adjacent to the Bung – Van Ninh section in Truong Ninh commune, and its end point is at Km740+885, adjacent to the Cam Lo – La Son section in Hieu Giang commune, Quang Tri province.

Upon completion, the expressway will significantly reduce travel time, enhance regional connectivity, and create momentum for economic, social, and tourism development in Quang Tri Province and neighboring areas.

At this project, Vinh Hung supplied bridge bearings, expansion joints, prestressing concrete cables, and prestressing anchors.
