Phuoc Cat Bridge is part of Package No. 07 – Construction Works for the Replacement of Five Weak Bridges under the project of the same name, managed by the Lam Dong Transport Project Management Board. It is considered one of Lam Dong Province’s key transport infrastructure projects and is targeted for completion in 2025. Vinh Hung supplies bridge bearings, prestressing concrete cables, and prestressing anchors for the project.

The Vinh Hung pot bearings installed on the project are designed with a service limit state load capacity of 12,000 kN and an ultimate limit state load capacity of 18,000 kN. The bearings are designed and manufactured in accordance with the project specifications and comply with TCVN 12068:2014 and AASHTO LRFD (USA) standards, which impose stringent requirements on technical capability, manufacturing equipment, and workmanship.

The products fully satisfy requirements for load capacity, displacement, and rotational movement, while their optimized design facilitates installation as well as long-term maintenance and servicing during operation.

To ensure product performance and maximize the service life of the structure, Vinh Hung pot bearings undergo a rigorous quality control process. Dedicated quality control personnel supervise every stage, from incoming raw material inspection through final production and finishing.
