The Mai Son – National Highway 45 Expressway (through Ninh Binh and Thanh Hoa provinces) is one of the eleven component projects of the Eastern North – South Expressway for the 2017 – 2020 period. Construction commenced in September 2020 and was divided into five civil works packages, with a total route length of more than 63 km and a total investment exceeding VND 12 trillion from the state budget. The project was developed by the Thang Long Project Management Unit under the Ministry of Transport. Vinh Hung supplied bridge bearings, expansion joints, and prestressing concrete cables for installation throughout the project.
