Bung – Van Ninh Expressway
The Bung – Van Ninh Expressway is a component project of the Eastern North – South Expressway network for the 2021 – 2025 period, passing through Quang Binh Province.
The route is approximately 48.8 km long, starting in Cu Nam Commune (formerly Bo Trach District) and ending in Van Ninh Commune (formerly Quang Ninh District), with a total investment exceeding VND 9.3 trillion. Construction commenced in January 2023, technical traffic opening was achieved on April 19, 2025, and the main route officially opened to traffic on April 28, 2025.The expressway serves as a critical link between the Vung Ang – Bung Expressway to the north and the Van Ninh – Cam Lo Expressway to the south, contributing significantly to the completion of the expressway network across the North Central Coast region.
Vinh Hung supplied bridge bearings, expansion joints, prestressing concrete cables, and prestressing anchorages for the project.
