HANOI - HAI PHONG HIGHWAY PROJECT
Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway Project is the first highway project in Vietnam built in the form of BOT type A according to highway standards. The total length of this route is about 105.5 km, with the starting point on Ring Road 3 - 1,025 m from Thanh Tri bridge foot (Hanoi), ending point at Dinh Vu dam, Hai Phong city.

Average cross-section width is 100m, sidewalk width is from 32.5m to 35m with 6 lanes, design speed is 120km/h, 2 lanes for emergency stop, a separate barrier in the middle, trees on both sides, and some space in some necessary positions. Cars with a design speed of less than 60km/h and motorcycles are not allowed on this highway. The whole link has 6 interchanges designed at varying levels and 22 overpasses.
The project is under construction with 6 packages, with a total completion time of 43 months
