Perspective design of Le Van Luong - Ring road no.3 urban tunnel

The Joint Venture of Cienco4 Group Joint Stock Company - Fecon Joint Stock Company - Vinh Hung Trading, Consulting and Construction Joint Stock Company has won the contract of constructing Le Van  - Ring 3 tunnel ( including closed tunnel, open tunnel, traffic organization and technical infrastructure synchronous with the items of the tunnel) with the proposed bid price of more than 292.9 billion VND. This contract has adjustable price. The time of construction is 537 days.  The capital is from Hanoi City budget.

Le Van Luong - Ring 3 tunnel project will be commenced on October 2^nd  to celebrate the 17^th  Hanoi Party Congress, 2020-2025 tenure.

The People's Committee of Hanoi city previously approved the study report on feasibility of the Le Van Luong - Ring 3 tunnel project. The project will be built at the intersection of Le Van Luong - Khuat Duy Tien - To Huu, The total length of the tunnel and barrier at both ends of the tunnel will be 475m.

After the Le Van Luong tunnel is completed, the intersection will have a total of 10 lanes in the direction of Le Van Luong - To Huu and vice versa, instead of 8 lanes as currently. It will contribute to solving traffic jams at the intersection of Le Van Luong - Khuat Duy Tien - To Huu and gradually complete the approved traffic plan.
