The Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road No. 3 Project has a total length of more than 76 km, passing through Ho Chi Minh City, the former Binh Duong Province, Dong Nai Province, and Long An Province (now part of Tay Ninh Province). In Phase 1, the project is being developed as a four-lane expressway with a design speed of 80 km/h, accompanied by parallel service roads on both sides.

Construction commenced in June 2023. As a nationally significant infrastructure project, Ring Road No. 3 plays a vital role in enhancing regional connectivity and driving socio-economic development for Ho Chi Minh City and the Southern Key Economic Region.

Within this project, Vinh Hung serves as the contractor responsible for supplying and directly installing reflective noise barrier systems.
