Formwork
Formwork is a shaping system used to form concrete structures during construction.
Product Features
The products are designed in compliance with the following standards:
- American Standard – AASHTO LRFD (American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials LRFD)
- ACI 347 Standards (particularly ACI 347R-14) issued by the American Concrete Institute (ACI)
- TCVN 4453:1995 and TCVN 5575:2012
Structural components and material standards:
- Formwork: Fabricated from steel plates shaped to match the geometry of the concrete components, commonly used materials comply with ASTM A36, SS400, etc.
- Stiffeners: Used to enhance the rigidity and stability of the formwork under concrete pressure. These components are typically fabricated from flat steel bars or structural steel sections, with materials complying with ASTM A36, SS400, etc.
