Vinh Hung is implementing a quality management system following ISO 9001:2015 standard, ISO 3834 standard (quality management system for fusion welding of metallic materials), EN 1090 - 2 Execution 3 standard (European standard for steel structure products), with certification from Bureau Veritas, a leading global certification organization.

The product welding process is developed and approved by qualified experts, with a welder team which is evaluated and certified according to the standards of the American Welding Society and international welding skill assessment standards. The welding equipment and materials are selected following EN 1090 standard, ISO 3834-2 standard, and related standards, with regular equipment calibration. After the welding process, the products are inspected for appearance, weld size, and surface defect detection. Additionally, non-destructive testing methods such as magnetic particle testing, ultrasonic testing, and liquid penetrant testing are executed to detect internal defects in the welds.

The products are protected against corrosion by methods such as two-part epoxy coating, PU coating, and hot-dip galvanized coating according to ASTM A123 standard. Particularly, the Aluminum-Magnesium metal spraying method makes the corrosion resistance layer last up to 100 years, as proven by the 6000-hour salt spray test according to ASTM B117 standard.
