Vinh Hung exports station bearings and moulds for Malolos Clark Railway Project, the Philippines

Station bearing manufactured by Vinh Hung is being installed at the Clark Railway project.

The station bearings used in the project adhere to the AASHTO LRFD design specifications and the EN ISO 12944 standard in Corrosion Protection with a designed lifespan of up to 75 years. From the inspection of raw materials to the manufacturing, finishing, and packaging stage, every step is subject to the strict quality management system controlled by the specialized team at Vinh Hung's factory.

After completion, all station bearings are tested in Vinh Hung IP Factory's laboratory, adhering to popular standards such as AASHTO LRFD (USA), AASHTO M251, TCVN 10269. The testing process is supervised by a third party designated by the contractor.

Products are strictly monitored for quality throughout the manufacturing process

After full inspection at the factory's laboratory, the products are sent to an independent laboratory designated by the contractor for further testing of all specifications. Only after all these tests are completed, the products are packaged, finished, and exported for installation at the project site.

The Malolos-Clark Railway Project is 53.1 km long, connecting Malolos City to the Clark Economic Zone and Clark International Airport (CIA) in Central Luzon, the Philippines. Upon completion in 2025, the MCRP is expected to reduce travel time between these two areas to less than an hour. The project is financed by the Department of Transportation (DOTr) and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). It is the first airport express railway service in the country.
