The VHB Pot Bearings used in the project are designed and manufactured to meet the project's technical specifications, while also complying with TCVN 12068:2014 and AASHTO LRFD standards, with strict requirements for technical capacity, machinery, and skills.

VHB Pot bearings are capable of withstanding high loads, displacements, wide-angle rotation, and have a well-shaped structure, with superior design, which is convenient for installation and maintenance during operation.

Ensuring product quality is the highest requirement in the bridge bearing production process at Vinh Hung Factory.

VSR elastomeric bearings supplied to the Bai Vot - Ham Nghi project meet the project's technical specifications and are manufactured according to TCVN 10308:2014 and AASHTO M 251-06 (2016) standards.

To ensure product performance and the lifespan of the structure, Vinh Hung bridge bearings quality are strictly controlled, from raw material inspection to finishing, by specialized quality control departments.

Before delivery to customers, all Vinh Hung bridge bearings are fully inspected and tested according to project requirements, such as load capacity test, rotation angle test, friction coefficient test, etc., at Vinh Hung IP Laboratory.

Each product is labeled with a QR Code for source traceability.

Compared to imported products, Vinh Hung branded bridge bearings have a special advantage in production and delivery time: Typically, imported materials such as bridge bearings require 45 - 50 days for delivery. However, Vinh Hung manufactured products can be supplied to customers within 25 - 30 days, shortening the delivery schedule for projects with guaranteed quality and competitive prices compared to imported products.

In the North - South Expressway project, Vinh Hung holds the number one market share in supplying bridge bearings - expansion joints - noise barriers. 

Specifically, Vinh Hung has completed supplying products for 11/11 component projects of the North - South Expressway Phase 1 (2017 - 2020) and has signed contracts to supply pot bearings for 12/12 Phase 2 projects (2021 - 2025). 

The Bai Vot - Ham Nghi Expressway project, when put into operation, will contribute to completing the East-side North - South expressway; connecting economy, and political centers with important economic zones, industrial parks, especially key economic regions in the Central region; contributing to the achievement of economic and social development goals and strategies set out by the 13th National Party Congress.
