VINH HUNG BUILDS A CORPORATE CULTURE
Being aware of the role of Culture in connecting employees of the Company for a common goal was the motivation for the Board of Directors to decide to organize a training course on Corporate Culture.
The training course - Corporate Culture taking place on January 9 & 10, 2015 was organized by Know Howtech with the main lecturer - Dr. Nguyen Danh Nguyen. It will be implemented with 3 goals:
- Employees have a general concept of corporate culture and the role of corporate culture.
- Identify Vinh Hung's culture and shape its main features.
- How to build a corporate culture in Vinh Hung.
Although held at the end of the year is the busiest time, the participation of most of the Company's employees in training, including Ho Chi Minh Branch, Hung Yen Branch and Da Nang Office has been a strong commitment, demonstrating the determination to build corporate culture of the Board of Directors.
The questions asked by the lecturer were: What is Vinh Hung's business philosophy? Vision? Mission or Core Values? Gradually clarified by the wishes of the insiders.This is probably the best opportunity for the Board of Directors to communicate to everyone with the same understanding of their wishes for a future Vinh Hung.
Group discussion programs had brought a joyful atmosphere and creative space for Vinh Hung’s young people when they were involved in designing a future cultural space for themselves. What kind of work environment would they expect? Or what are they thinking – see what cultural features exist in Vinh Hung that might hinder Vinh Hung's development? All were vividly portrayed in the presentations of each group.
Corporate culture is a big topic, in a period of 2 days it will not be enough for us to delve into it, there are still many unanswered questions, unresolved questions, and debates. But, at least many Vinh Hung people will not forget the 5 core values that the Board of Directors wants us to build together in the future:
- Quality.
- Solidarity
- Efficiency.
- Respect individual.
- Be responsible to yourself, the organization, and society.
You know, building a corporate culture is not just listing what you want, but it requires the efforts of all members, the initiative, encouragement of Board of Directors, but if we do not do it, it will not come and also no beginning or end. Today's knowledge is considered as the first brick for Vinh Hung to embark on building a strong culture towards values that are respected by many people.
