VINH HUNG HELD THE LAUNCHING CEREMONY OF THE EMULATION MOVEMENT AT TWO KEY PROJECTS

In recent years, construction activities in Vinh Hung have been carried out excitingly with a series of continuous projects. Construction revenue accounts for half of the Company’s revenue structure, especially in the past two years 2020 and 2021. Appreciating the role of the construction division in general and the Construction Management Department in particular, the Board of Directors have paid a lot of attention and investment in all aspects so that the construction works at the projects are carried out smoothly. In the last 6 months of 2022, Vinh Hung has implemented many key projects. In order to encourage and promote the spirit of labor and motivate all employees of the Construction Division, the Board of Directors held the Launching Ceremony of emulation movement at 2 projects: Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet and Phung Hiep - Soc Trang.

Mr. Pham Thanh Ha - Deputy General Director gave a speech at the launching ceremony of the emulation movement.

At the ceremony, representing the Board of Directors, Mr. Pham Thanh Ha - Deputy General Director, shared that these two projects were selected to organize the launching ceremony of the emulation movement because they were projects with huge revenue targets, a large concentration of personnel, and the construction sites were located far from the center. Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet project belongs to "Eastern North-South Expressway project for the period 2017 - 2020", Phung Hiep - Soc Trang project belongs to "National Highway 1A upgrading and expansion project". These projects are all located in important positions, playing an important role in the economic development of the region.

The Deputy General Director emphasized that it was necessary for staff in the two projects to clarify their responsibilities and each Executive Board had to make every effort to achieve the revenue target. On behalf of the Executive Board of the two projects, the Commanders thanked the Board of Directors and promised, along with the Executive Board, to unitedly implement the emulation movement to keep up with the plan schedule and complete the production target in August.

Besides the emulation movement, the content on corporate culture was also shared at the ceremony. Through the minigame integrated, the staff also had a more comprehensive view of the business, better understood the culture and people of Vinh Hung and set goals to strive together in the last 6 months of 2022.
