VINH HUNG ORGANIZED TEAM WORK TRAINING COURSE

“Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success-Henry Ford”. The above proverb by Henry Ford can very well highlight the importance of working together in teams.

Understanding the importance of this issue, on 28-29/9/2012, Vinhhung JSC held a training course “Team Building Skill” for all staff at Muong Thanh Hotel – Ha Noi, this program is designed by T&C Consulting. The aim of this course is to improve team-building skills in the coordination activities between other departments or other staff in the company.

All members are highly enthusiastic because of the open-hearted air in this course:

In the classroom, besides the short and clear theory, all members also participate in many games or interesting discussion topics.

Many lessons were summarized in an effective way, many positive ideas were acknowledged, and the most important result is “taking off” difficulties in the coordination process between Vinhhung members.

After this training course, Vinhhung staffs come back to work with the high spirit and determination. Besides, everyone is noted deeply about a common slogan in Vinh Hung “ Smile with our colleague whenever you can” to make a friendly and efficient working environment.
