VINH HUNG HELD THE SECOND "MANAGEMENT CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT" TRAINING COURSE IN 2022

An enterprise's managers play a crucial role in having a great team of employees, as well as a strong collective. As managers accomplish their goals by managing employees at all levels, they must have a clear understanding of how to motivate, orient, and lead their teams, especially during challenging and complex situations. The ability to solve problems efficiently in a management setting is also important. Understanding this, the Board of Directors of Vinh Hung always invests special attention and resources in middle managers in the hopes that they will become “effective hands” and serve as a “bridge” between the Board of Directors and its employees, aiding in the growth, development, and expansion of the business's internal resources.

Following the first training course held in November 2021, on March 19, 2022, the program organizers cooperated with the HSM Institute of Human Resource Strategy to conduct the second "Management Capacity Development" training course for middle managers. In addition to the lecturers from HSM, the training session also had the participation of lecturer Vo Ta Luong - General Director of Vinh Hung JSC. The second training program ended successfully with moments of lively discussion and emotional sharing of each participant.

Following the review session, General Director Vo Ta Luong directly discussed corporate culture in Vinh Hung as well as the role of middle management in building and developing corporate culture. This is also a special opportunity for the students to share and get advice about the problems they encountered during their working time at Vinh Hung. Thereby is also an opportunity for the Board of Directors to understand the difficulties of managers and give directions to solve them thoroughly.

Throughout the program, Lecturer - General Director Vo Ta Luong answered questions from managers by using case studies as well as sharing his own management experience in a genuine and open manner.

At the end of the training program, the managers also gained an improved understanding of human resources as well as developed the ability to motivate their staff. While the first course provides students with a synthesis of management theories, the second course is more like an interactive discussion in which the participants listened to others' sharing and reviewed the advantages and disadvantages of their management during the application of theory to practice. The second "Management Capacity Development" training course for middle managers has converted abstract general theories into practical applications in management at Vinh Hung. We hope that the managers of Vinh Hung will gain more insights and skills through the course to lead their departments in a direction that is in line with the general direction of the company, contributing to the creation of a solid corporate culture.
