Occupational safety and health and fire protection are tasks performed regularly, continuously, anytime, anywhere at all construction sites and in the Company's factories. With that important role, occupational safety is always concerned and seriously directed by the Board of Directors.

The purpose of training work safety is equipped with the knowledge of occupational safety for employees to do well in this work, well-equipped facilities, working equipment, ensuring safety at work; propaganda for employees to strictly observe safety measures to avoid occupational accidents, facilitate completion of projects and production plans on schedule, with high quality and efficiency.

Besides, in the process of training the company's employees also learn more about the safe working process; operating procedures, troubleshooting equipment which assigned, safety using lifting devices, equipment with strict requirements on safety. At the same time, giving realistic hypothetical situations that will happen if employees do not comply with occupational safety while working.

After completing the training course, all participating employees will be granted a certificate of occupational safety training.

Occupational safety is not enough, the Board of Directors wants all employees to be safe at all times, on all the roads. Therefore, the Company has coordinated with the Traffic Safety Committee of Hung Yen province to organize a propaganda session on traffic safety for VHIP's employees.
