KNOWLEDGE INCUBATION IN HA GIANG STONE PLATEAU

Son Vi is a border commune with difficult economic situations, high poverty rate, and complex terrain. In the rain season, landslide, slippery, and muddy effect road and causing disruption that some students found it very difficult to pass more than 10 km mountain way to school. The new school year 2022-2023 is coming very close, the whole village currently has more than 60 students but there was only one classroom in the school point so many students may lose their chance going to school this year.

Knowing the situation, Vinh Hung’s Boards of Director decided to organized "Mountain school for primary students" program and had 2 weeks to raise nearly 400 million to build 2 classrooms, toilets and install 04 sets of solar lights and learning equipment for students in Son Vi commune.

On August 26, 2022, the new classrooms were awarded students, teachers and local authority at Na Nung A village, Son Vi commune, Meo Vac district, Ha Giang province. Although it was a rainy day, the teachers and students were presented early in the morning with happiness of having new classrooms.

Mr. Nguyen Hai Ha - Principal of Son Vi Ethnic Minority School expressed his happiness when the classroom construction was completed before new school year. The school will give a great motivation for teachers and students of Na Nuong A school to overcome difficulties to learn and teach better.

02 classrooms, toilets, 04 sets of solar lights and classroom equipment have been officially handed over to representatives of local authorities.

Two clean and well-equipped new classrooms have replaced old classrooms. Mrs. Nguyen Thi Kim Lien who has been teaching there for 13 years shared that thanks to the 2 new classrooms, number of students coming to class will increase so she feels very excited and has more motivation to devote to education in this locality.

Nestled in the middle of valley and surrounded by mountains, Na Nung A village school will now be a place to incubate knowledge for children. It is hoped that teachers will nurture many future generations in these classrooms.
