ORGANIZED TRAINING COURSE ON “Occupational Safety and Health (OSH)”

The correct compliance with the provisions of the law on OSH such as training for workers before participating in construction, equipment for labor protection for workers, organization of periodic health checks, and approval of Construction method is an important work in Vinh Hung before starting construction of each project. Therefore, the Human Resources Department of the Company has cooperated with Hanoi Occupational Safety Joint Stock Company to organize a course on "Occupational safety and health" according to the provisions of Circular 27/2013/TT-BLDTBXH dated October 18, 2013, of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

In order to equip the knowledge, working skills and improve the knowledge of OSH for employees of the Company in general and especially the target groups of groups 1,2,3, in particular, are employees who directly do jobs related to construction techniques such as the Technical Officer of the Engineering Planning Department, the Construction Management Department and the Site Commanding Committee of the Company. Although there are many unfinished construction projects, all employees are trying to arrange work to attend the training session as planned.

At the course, the members are equipped with knowledge about the provisions of the Law, regulations, and standards on occupational safety and health, the factors that cause occupational accidents, how to prevent them, and first aid methods for yourself and the victim if the worst happens, ... Therefore, the purpose of the course is to equip the knowledge and skills to understand the specific regulations on OSH, safety measures for technicians and workers, in order to warn and raise the self-protection consciousness of employees, to prevent unnecessary occupational accidents, and to protect the lives of workers and colleagues themselves.

Although it took place in only one day, through this course, Vinh Hung's employees also gained a certain amount of knowledge about OSH to apply to their work to implement in the most correct and most thorough way the slogan "Safety first and foremost for safety" on the construction site.

Occupational safety and health are some of the key tasks that Vinh Hung's leadership pays special attention to and regularly organizes activities and periodic training courses. The Company's goal is to prevent unsafety in production labor due to subjective errors, and at the same time to tighten the discipline of OSH strictly handle cases of violations of regulations and rules on OSH (if any) in the Company.
