During the two days, delegates will engage in discussions on the future of the national railway system, challenges, strategies, and solutions spanning construction and operation. The summit also serves as a platform for solution providers to showcase technologies, products, and initiatives that contribute to railway infrastructure development in the Philippines.
Vinh Hung participates in the event as a Gold Sponsor.
On November 13, from 10:55 AM to 11:30 AM, Vinh Hung will deliver a 30-minute presentation followed by a 5-minute Q&A session on the topic: "Noise Barriers in the Railway Sector."
Additionally, Vinh Hung will showcase products recently certified as "Vietnam National Brand," such as bridge bearings and expansion joints, introducing them to international clients and partners at Booth No. 2 in the conference area, featuring an 8m² exhibition space. A key attraction will be a model of Noise Barriers, demonstrating Vinh Hung’s technological solutions for reducing noise pollution in railway and road networks near residential areas.
At the summit, Vinh Hung will lead the booth design and display, while its partner Savvice will provide advisory support.
Under the leadership of President Marcos and the Department of Transportation (DOTr), the Philippine Government is allocating billions of dollars to modernize railway infrastructure. The goal is to develop a world-class railway system that enhances mobility, connectivity, and sustainable economic growth.
The DOTr’s railway modernization program focuses on integrating the latest technology and equipment into both construction and operations, bringing the Philippine railway system up to international standards in line with regional counterparts.
With major projects like the North-South Railway Project (NSCR) and the Metro Manila Subway Project (MMSP) well underway, and many more in the feasibility study and funding stages, the railway sector is set to receive strong investment and development focus over the next 5–6 years.
