The year 2025 marks a major milestone in the completion of the Eastern North – South Expressway network. Within this strategic transportation corridor, the Quang Ngai – Hoai Nhon Expressway plays a critical role in regional connectivity and economic development. At this project, Vinh Hung supplied prestressing cable systems, bridge bearings, expansion joints, and noise barriers along the entire route.

The bridge bearings were designed and manufactured in accordance with the project’s technical specifications and relevant standards, including TCVN 11823:2017 and AASHTO LRFD. The products satisfy stringent requirements regarding load capacity, displacement, and rotational movement, while optimizing the design for installation and maintenance throughout their service life. Quality control was rigorously implemented from raw material inspection through final production, supported by a dedicated quality assurance team. Each bearing is equipped with a QR code for full traceability.

The expansion joints were designed in compliance with TCVN 11823:2017, TCVN 13067:2020, and the AASHTO LRFD standards of the United States. To ensure long-term durability, the products are protected using multiple corrosion-resistant systems, including two-component epoxy coatings, polyurethane topcoats, hot-dip galvanizing in accordance with ASTM A123, and Al-Mg (Aluminum-Magnesium) alloy thermal spray coating technology. The effectiveness of the corrosion protection system has been verified through 6,000-hour salt spray testing in accordance with ASTM B117.
